1 hour Join me for a special virtual tour through Japan, where our journey took us through the vibrant cities of Tokyo, Kyoto, and Osaka. We immersed ourselves in the rich culture and history of Japan, visited iconic landmarks, and enjoyed several hands-on workshops with master craftsmen. The Tokyo International Great Quilt Festival, with over 1800 quilts on display and 200 vendors, offered an array of necessary and unique goods in this largest quilt market in the world. The quilt displays were nothing short of spectacular, showcasing masterful works in various themes and categories. Special exhibits included the vibrant and playful creations of Keiko Goke, the nostalgic World of Curious George, and a crowd-favorite Mary Poppins exhibit by the renowned Yoko Saito. This unforgettable festival celebrates the art of quilting in all its forms, leaving us inspired and awed by the creativity and craftsmanship on display. |
